The Safe Haven Community design will be based on a 4 Phased-approach to achieve sustainability and self-sufficiency to cater for a carrying capacity of 10,000 people

The project master design will take into account environmental factors and all infrastructures required to build a functional and sustainable temporary housing community to intake and safely accommodate 10,000 people

All community architectural plan and components of the master design as defined in Phase 1 will be implemented

Prince Joshwa Diamini granted 25,000 Hectares or the equivalent of 250 km² of land in the South African region of East Griqualand Southern Parts of Kwa Zulu Natal, nestled directly beneath the Drakensberg Mountain range bordering the Kingdom of Lesotho.

A detailed site assessment will be performed in order to mitigate environmental risks for the housing and optimize performance for the agricultural activities.
